What We Believe

Most marketing fails not because of bad ideas, but because of bad architecture. Companies invest in disconnected tactics—a social campaign here, a website refresh there, an ad spend with no feedback loop—and wonder why growth is unpredictable.

We believe revenue should be engineered, not hoped for. That means building structured systems where brand, traffic, conversion, and operations work as one integrated machine—each pillar reinforcing the others, compounding results over time.

We believe revenue should be engineered, not hoped for. That means building structured systems where brand, traffic, conversion, and operations work as one integrated machine—each pillar reinforcing the others, compounding results over time.

That’s not marketing. That’s revenue engineering. And it’s what NeuEra was built to deliver.

Gustavo Zamora

Founder

I started NeuEra during the pandemic, helping local restaurants survive when everything was shutting down. What I learned in those early days shaped everything we’ve become: businesses don’t need more marketing—they need better systems.

That realization drove me to build NeuEra into something different from a traditional agency. We don’t sell social posts or ad campaigns. We engineer the revenue infrastructure that makes growth predictable. Brand positioning, traffic systems, conversion architecture, and the automation that ties it all together.

Today, NeuEra serves mid-sized companies across the Midwest.

Our clients don’t come to us for marketing. They come to us because they’ve outgrown marketing and need a system.

I’m based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. When I’m not engineering revenue systems for clients, I’m studying what’s working in growth strategy, refining our frameworks, and building NeuEra into the firm I always wanted to exist for companies like ours.

Systems create freedom. When revenue is predictable, everything else becomes possible

Hannah Zamora

Co-Founder & Creative Director

Hannah architects the creative expression behind NeuEra’s Revenue Engineering framework, ensuring that brand strategy is translated into structured, performance-aligned execution.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Grand Valley State University and brings years of applied experience building brands across industries.

Her work sits at the intersection of communication, creative problem-solving, and strategic clarity.

At NeuEra, creativity is not abstract. It is operational.

Hannah oversees visual identity systems, content architecture, and brand deployment to ensure every market-facing touchpoint reflects the discipline of the revenue infrastructure behind it. From positioning to presentation, her focus is alignment, message, medium, and measurable outcome.

She approaches every engagement with ownership and precision, reinforcing the principle that brand is not decoration. It is structural leverage.

Maris Gordon

Creative Agent

Maris operates at the intersection of design precision and strategic execution, strengthening NeuEra’s Brand and Traffic Engineering pillars through structured creative systems.

With a foundation in graphic design and a disciplined understanding of audience behavior, she develops conversion-aligned content infrastructure rather than isolated visuals. Her work ensures that messaging, layout, and creative deployment function within a broader revenue framework.

At NeuEra, content is not produced for attention alone. It is engineered to reinforce positioning, drive qualified traffic, and support measurable growth.

Maris builds the creative architecture that allows strategy to perform.

Kendra Myers

Creative Agent

Kendra brings disciplined execution and visual intuition to NeuEra’s creative infrastructure.

Originally from Cedar Springs, Michigan, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Grand Valley State University. A lifelong athlete in soccer and hockey, she competed at the national level with the USA National University Hockey Team. That competitive foundation informs her approach to creative work, structured, resilient, and team-oriented.

Her background in art and photography supports NeuEra’s Brand and Traffic Engineering pillars through visual storytelling that feels intentional rather than ornamental. She is particularly drawn to hospitality environments, where experience design and emotional connection influence revenue outcomes.

Kendra approaches creative development as a system—capturing moments, shaping perception, and aligning visual execution with strategic objectives.

Outside of work, she finds balance outdoors, through travel, live music, and time with her three dogs, Minnie, Jaxxon, and Sawyer.

At NeuEra, her work reinforces the principle that creative performance is built on discipline as much as inspiration.
